Service obligations

We will use reasonable skill and care to provide services in accordance with agreed service levels. Timetables are estimates and are subject to carrier capacity and customs or regulatory delays.

Terms and logistics operations

Liability, limits & insurance

Sparkmoments maintains commercial liability and cargo insurance appropriate for logistics operations. Liability limits for loss or damage are subject to carrier terms and applicable legislation. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Complaints & dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes promptly. This section outlines steps for raising and escalating complaints within Australia.

If unresolved, a formal review will be conducted by our Legal & Compliance team. We aim to provide a determination within 30 calendar days.

If still unresolved, parties may pursue remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or through external dispute resolution, including the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or Fair Trading in the relevant state.
